Compliance status

The West London Employment and Skills Hub website conforms to many of the accessibility standards and is easy for users to use mainly due to its levels of navigability and helpfulness it provides to users.

The following are the nonconformities identified during the accessibility testing process:

  • 1.3.1. Info and Relationships
  • Despite their lack of impact on user journeys, there are still many issues across the website that lead to this standard being deviated from. There are multiple instances where data cells are not assigned to table headers and where roles are not inside required contexts. These issues mainly reside on the provider registration form utilised on the website. This type of form has been placed into the development schedule and is due to be fixed on TBC.

  • 1.3.5. Identify Input Purpose
  • Autocomplete does not work as intended on the provider registrartion wizard. This type of form has been placed into the development schedule and is due to be fixed on TBC.

  • 4.1.2. Name, Role, Value
  • There are multiple instances identified on the website where form fields are not labelled. These issues reside on the forms. The user journeys are not affected by this issue however, this will need to be addressed. Forms have been placed into the development schedule and are due to be fixed on TBC.
